About us

The Sänger Group is an owner-managed family business specializing in the manufacture of roller and roller bearings, metal products and the sale of fishing tackle to specialist retailers, mail order companies and hardware stores.

Nestled in the forests of the Taunus, the headquarters of Sänger Rollenlager GmbH & Co. KG is located in Waldsolms, approx. 50 km north of Frankfurt am Main. This is where 80 employees of the Sänger Group work in the various divisions.

It all began in 1959 with roller bearings, which the father of the current company owner produced together with his grandfather in a converted agricultural barn. The manufactured products found many applications in the entire industrial sector, such as conveyor belts, agricultural machinery, wheels and rollers for transportation equipment.

Sänger Top Tackle GmbH, which belongs to the company group, is one of the most renowned fishing tackle wholesalers in Europe and offers more than 12,000 products for anglers on a storage area of 11,000 square meters.
